American Nitrile is a Grove City, Ohio-based privately held company focused on manufacturing medical and research/lab gloves for healthcare, government and industrial use. The company is currently manufacturing over 120 million gloves per month in our 530,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on six state-of-the-art assembly lines. With the addition of eight new distribution partners and retailers being added every month, American Nitrile is the largest and only fully operational manufacturer of nitrile gloves in the United States. Our team brings together entrepreneurs and operators with decades of combined manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, design/development, marketing, and PPE experience.

American Nitrile was founded by Jacob Block in 2021 in response to the need for domestic sources of manufacturing of critical PPE products, and the ability to address long supply chains, use of forced labor from foreign countries, as well as the need for more sustainable production in this product category.
